PS I Love You
I was looking through my blog yesterday and I honestly cannot believe I did not blog about the PS I Love You book...I seriously thought I did. Oh well...I've loved this book...every bit of it. What's more exciting is the fact that IT'S ON THE BIG SCREEN! Well, I'm not sure if they are screening here in Malaysia, coz when I checked GSC for the latest movies, PS I Love You is definitely not there. Then again, I had someone downloading it as we speak (Thanks you-know-who... *wink*)
PS I Love You really is about how this man, who had a fatal illness guided his wife after he has passed away. Gerry has pre-written a set of letters, letters which contains task that is to be completed by his wife, Holly. Each letter would always be signed off with "PS I Love You". All these letters have a purpose; it is to guide Holly out from grieving to just discovering a whole new bigger world. I guess this is love...
All these might only happen in love stories, merely fiction, but I guess I'm wishful that it would actually happen in real life. Not necessarily to me, but to someone - and I'm sure it has happened.
I find that love truly is simple if both parties want it to be simple. It's about loving, giving and being loved. You of coz would experience ups and downs but it'll all turn out fine and it would make a r'ship stronger. Doing things for that person is something you just want to do. You don't view it to be much of a burden or that you are changing for that person - all you ever hope for is for that person to be happy and then it makes you happy.
It is the last day of the year. Since it's the holiday season, I honestly think that it's a time for hope and love. Let's all pray for a better year. Happy 2008!

If you love "PS I love you", you would be completely and absolutely smittened by "At Rainbow's End" by the same author, Cecilia Ahern.
