What Do You Look for in a Relationship?

What do you look for in a relationship? Do you look for someone to love you? Do you look for someone whom you can care for? Do you look for someone whom can care for you? Do you look for someone who can lend you a shoulder to cry on? Do you look for a counselor? Do you look for someone who has got great looks?

List goes on. However, what would be the right thing to look for? What is it that we should expect to look for in a r'ship? I honestly do not have the answer to do, coz I don't know myself. Everyone wants to be love every now and then...to be cared for...to know that there's this one person who would think of you every night before you go to sleep...or who thinks of you when he or she is eating...or one that wakes up and gives you a morning kiss before leaving for work...that's pretty ideal huh... :) Does every r'ship has that? Maybe...maybe not.

Why don't you tell me what is right to look for in a r'ship...anyone?

From smarty pants:-
What to look from a relationship:-
-Get the sex out of the way.The tension alone will strain the relationship...:P
-Open communication and dont be taking advantage of each others vulnerabilities.
-Tell her you love her.

I found that there have alot comments on love and most comments often the opposite of each other. The fact is there is no real path to take to go through a person's love life. It's how we wanna go through it and not how to go through it. But most of us keep thinking of how to go through it. That's where the problems starting to arise even when initially there were none.

Relationships happen, they are not discovered. When you are not in one, you look for answers "why"...

There is no negotiation of what you get, you either accept what the other has to offer through your experiences together, or you drift away. This cannot be forced, cannot be anticipated.

And when it is happening, you may not even know it is happening, but usually over time, you notice there is something there, but only then, and not beforehand.

And by then, you still wonder how it happened. Most of the time, it was not something you were looking for...

Being alone is not the worst thing in the world.
