Economy class vs Business class

I just got back from yet another freaking biz trip last Monday. Its...well...but spending Christmas at HK pretty much made up for everything. Anyway, this post is not about my biz trip but more about the Economy class vs Business class in a flight.

I flew from HK to KL for transit back to PG. This airline kinda screwed up the seats, so I ended up with the same seat number with this guy. So, they upgraded me the business class. WOW...huge difference in terms of service. In the Economy class...it's...well, their service aren't all that good, and at times, they can be pretty rude. In the Business class, it's like... Ms Seow, can I get you anything to drink? Ms Seow, is everything ok? Ms Seow Ms Seow Ms Seow... I got kind of annoyed, but it sure was fun!

This got me thinking...You are paying for their service. True... I guess money can at times buy you great smiles... :) hehehe... And very polite services... Well, $$ is truly important...true enough money can't buy you everything, like happiness, love...but think of it this way. Without $$, you can't do much right? Hmmmm...Something to ponder again...Money...to what extend is it important?

Work IS NOT YOUR Life

Hmmm...I've met several Humans in this world who made WORK their LIFE. GOSH...That's like...SAD I would say. I don't see these people as being hardworking but I would rather think that they are silly. I pity them, not because they have tons of work, but because they just don't know how to enjoy life. Life is more than just work. People gave excuses that there are TOO MUCH work.

Well, I kind of believe that there is no such thing as TOO MUCH WORK. The work load will NEVER END. If you don't put an end or limit to it, it just goes ON and ON and ON. A job is just...A JOB. Life is more than just job. I mean, you can do SOOOOO MUCH more than just work. Spend time with your family, meet up with friends, catch a movie, etc.

Life is more than WORK. For those who are reading this, if you are a workhaholic, think twice about what you are throwing away, then spend some time thinking what you should do with your life...ASIDE from WORKING. For ppl like me, who don't talk about work after working hours, and ESPECIALLY on weekends, GOOD FOR U!! Join the club! :-)

REMEMBER...WORK IS NOT YOUR LIFE! Think about that for a moment.
